Traveling Journalist: While most people were avoiding Springfield during the historic ice storm, Philip Pulliam was rushing into the city. At age 24, the Iowa State transfer had already conquered the title as Editor-in-Chief and now leaves that behind to build his resume’ in Springfield. Pulliam hopes to gain a position for the MSU newspaper but he patiently awaits a response from his application for the Standard until then. In the future, he hopes to work as a columnist for the Rolling Stone.
Artistic Junkie: Currently, Pulliam indulges himself to his addiction in movies and music by frequently writing reviews about them on his personal blog. “My friends enjoy my oppinions on movies, so I post them!” This young man clearly has an eye for the arts and it shows through his many accomplishments and everyday passions.
